Apple Bug Friday: Smart Folders in the Dock

I know I'm late for Happy Apple Bug Friday, but if I don't file my bugs right away I tend to forget them, so I just waited until something came up during the weekend and then decided to blog about that:
 

Bug ID 4244086: Dock doesn't show folder-popup for Smart Folders

When I drag a smart folder to the dock, it behaves like a file, not a folder. In particular, if I control-click the dock icon, I do not get the items inside the folder listed in the popup menu.

Please fix that, so I can finally have my /Applications, ~/Applications and /Developer/Applications smart folder in the dock and open apps using the popup. Thank you.
