Grokster P2P court decision

Last friday, I presented a small (German-language) paper on Peer-Grid (and Gridella) in the Peer-to-Peer seminar at Uni. Having spent all that time getting informed about the subject, I hope you don't mind if I take the opportunity to mention one of the first sensible court decisions when it comes to P2P-systems. Yes, it's the Grokster court decision, or rather, how the US Supreme court sent a stupid decision back to be re-evaluated.

There may be hope yet for the U.S. legal system...
