Technonova on Intuitivity

The guy at Technological Supernova has written an interesting piece on what is intuitive.

Of course, he continues the trend in computer science to define intuitive as "easy to use and understand" instead of using the more traditional (Oxford) definition of "using or based on what one feels to be true even without conscious reasoning". IMHO, this definition makes it much clearer what intuitivity is. It's a subconscious process, and works differently for each person, because each person brings different knowledge to the table.

But nonetheless, the author achieves to phrase many of the things I always wanted to say but didn't quite manage to get across. And it also refers to the new dark metal look in iTunes 5. Nice.

Or E-Mail Uli privately.
