UKKQueue 0.3 is out!

I just received a pointer to some new Apple documentation that included a fix to a problem in UKKQueue. In response, I've applied this fix and uploaded UKKQueue 0.3, which now finally doesn't "hold on" to watched files and folders. Thus, you can now delete them without that annoying File is busy error message.
