UKSyntaxColoredTextDocument 0.4

Folks,

I just posted UKSyntaxColoredTextDocument 0.4. It adds a fully working indent/unindent (including better undo) and auto-detection of syntax coloring schemes based on file name extensions (aka suffixes), adds support for user-defined identifiers to the new syntax coloring scheme and has some other corrections that should make things a tad more stable.
