New Moose Release!

Folks,

Uli's Moose 3.0.5 is available. The talking desktop diversion's new features include:

-> officially supports MacOS X 10.2 ("Jaguar") now
-> support for preventing Moose speech when certain applications are on
-> cleaned up GUI
-> option to announce the time on full and half hours
-> oodles of new phrases
