UKDistributedView 0.4, UKToolbarFactory

A new release in the "Cocoa Stuff" section: The new UKDistributedView 0.4 improves performance and adds an NSCell subclass that looks pretty close to the Finder's icons. The new UKToolbarFactory lets you quickly create configurable toolbars for your Cocoa windows. As always, find them at:
