Subverting your Mac (Addendum)
A while ago I wrote an article about Subversion. SVN is great and you really want to use it. However, there are known bugs with BerkeleyDB corrupting its databases on MacOS X. As long as no fixed versions are out, you may want to use fsfs for storing the files instead, which is built into newer versions of Subversion (like those available on wsanchez' iDisk). To use FSFS, pass the --fs-type=fsfs option to svnadmin create when creating the repository. |
