Goodwin's Law - Updated

Eric Albert just pointed out a hilarious commentary on Goodwin's Law as it relates to copyright discussions.

It doesn't offer any solutions for the actual issues, but he points out some interesting new problems that'll set back the discussion by another year or so. And if you've ever played the devil's advocate in a discussion at School, you'll know that this is much more fun anyway.
